The deadline for ATP Cycle 4 has come and gone, and just shy of 300 applications were submitted (check the updated log at the CTC website to see the breakdown). As we have reported in previous newsletters, we are optimistic about the new application categories separating out different sizes of infrastructure, planning and non-infrastructure as well as the increased funding levels, and are excited to see how the quality of this batch of applications reflects those changes. Two of our staff will be evaluators this cycle, and across our team we reviewed or provided technical assistance or support letters for 56 applications. Nearly $400 million is available for Cycle 4, with much of that coming from SB1 funding.
